I’m actually a very interesting person (okay, not really). If you consider a hobbit who lives at home, barely sees sunlight, and eats about 500,000 times a day “COOL”. Then yes, I am very cool. Here’s a few super random facts about me. Enjoy!
Random Fact 1: I talk A LOT. Most writers love to write because it lets them have a voice. I guess I write to have a voice, but I also have a talking voice that people tell me I use too much.
Random Fact 2: I’m just now learning to ride a skateboard. Yeah, I’m a 13 year old girl, who owns every single pair of Vans that there is, who lives in Southern California, WHO LITERALLY IS TERRIBLE AT RIDING A SKATEBOARD. I think it may have to do with the fact that you actually have to go outside to do it. But, hey, I went to a friends house the other day and she taught me how to ride a skateboard. Well, she tried to teach me how to ride a skateboard. And I didn’t fall off. Okay, only once. I’m progressing. Sort of. (I also can’t surf. You’re probably wondering what kind of California native I am. To answer that question: a very rare type of California native.)
Random Fact 3: I have tried Taco flavored Doritos from Japan. My friend went to Japan for a vacation, and she asked me what I wanted her to bring back. And I seriously asked her to bring me back a flavor of Doritos that they don’t sell in the United States. (My mom pointed out that I could have asked for anything and I asked for Doritos from another county. I’m not even a little ashamed.) Also, for your information, they literally taste like tacos. It’s kinda ridiculous.
Random Fact 4: I’m very sarcastic. SURPRISE, SURPRISE.
Random Fact 5: I’m an only child. YES, I’m an only child AND I’M HOMESCHOOLED. WHOA. WHAT. THAT’S INSANE. No, it’s not really. I’m homeschooled because my parents and I believe in God and they want to teach me more about Him (which the public school system fails to do). I seriously don’t understand people that think only big families home school their children. And yes, I do know how to make friends and communicate with people (that takes us back to Fact 1: I LIKE TO TALK). It’s called “a social life”. Also known as “youth group” and “going to the store and asking for things” and “giving the barista your name at Starbucks”. (Yes, us homeschoolers actually go to Starbucks…well, some of us, anyway).
Random Fact 6: My favorite drink at Starbucks is the S’more Frappuccino. It tastes like…I don’t know…HEAVEN, MAYBE? It nearly killed me when they got rid of it. But it’s back now!!! ALSO, the Butterbeer frappuccino is amazing. That’s not on the menu BUT IT IS ON THE SECRET ONE. Here is the recipe:
- Get the grande size, because why not?
- Ask for a Creme Frappuccino base. (I get soy milk, but it probably works with any milk).
- Add 3 pumps of caramel syrup.
- Add 3 pumps of toffee nut syrup.
- Top with caramel drizzle.

Random Fact 7: You might know this, but I play piano and sing. AND I LOVE IT. Music is literally my life (besides writing, obviously. They’re kind of equal). I lead worship for our youth group almost every other week. And I sometimes sing on Sundays for church. I also sometimes make Velociraptor sounds.
Random Fact 8: I really love pizza. (For all of those who read my post about me being vegan, I do cheat sometimes). You know, people generally like things THEY CAN’T HAVE. 
Random Fact 9: I’m a night owl. And definitely NOT a early bird. It’s hard, because my dad is a night owl, but he still forces himself to get up early. And my mom is totally an early bird. And I’m not a morning person whatsoever.
Random Fact 10: I hate coffee. It’s honestly a little weird since I hate mornings…
Random Fact 11: I don’t get carsick. Which means I can read in the car, which is a BLESSING. Also, that means I love long car rides. I also have this talent where I can tune people out and it works well when my parents are talking in the front seats and I can cuddle up in the back and read.
Random Fact 12: I have a record player. I asked for it when Christmas time came around, and my Great-Grandma got it for me. The first record I got was Adele 25. I also have Piano Guys, Duffy, and about 15 more.
Random Fact 13: I’m terrible at saving money. TERRIBLE. When I get money, the first thing I do is think of weird ways to spend it. (My mother is not happy about that.)
Random Fact 14: I really dislike the word “funner”. It should not be a word. No one should use it. Ever.
(Apparently the state I live in thinks differently. I saw this on a billboard the other day.)
Random Fact 15: I’m thinking of starting a YouTube channel. AGAIN. Since my first one failed. To be fair, I was 10 years old and had the voice of a baby. So yeah, I’m not going to tell you the name of that channel. It’s terrible and if I could burn videos, I WOULD BURN ALL OF THEM. (Basically what I’m thinking of is deleting them, but the word BURN sounds so much cooler). But ANYWAY, if you think I should start a channel, let me know! Who knows, I might just do it!
